We are Jackie Dacey and Kelly Frances-Scott and are sisters. We share the same fundamental beliefs but have had different life experiences which enhances our abilities to provide you with the best services and experiences to meet your goals.

Jackie has worked in the community service sector for many years and recognized that Support Coordination needs a more skilled based approach and additional personalised support for participants

With our joint skills and our understanding of the requirements of participants, we decided that we would establish a business that provided quality services with passion, integrity, and when needed, humour.

The Founding Partners
I have worked in the community service sector for over 25 years, with roles in advocacy, leadership, and management.  Building on this broad knowledge base, I became a Program Manager for Local Area Coordination (LAC) and supported NDIS participants along with managing a team of Local Area Coordinators.

My experience in the public and social housing sector, strengthens my understanding of accessing home modifications and, Supported and Independent Living Options within the NDIS.  My experience in navigating mental health services and its interface with the NDIS brings additional insight when coordinating supports. These opportunities have enabled me to build an excellent reputation and establish valuable relationships within the disability sector, from which participants can be assured of a high standard of service. My knowledge and experience of the NDIS, along with my broad understanding of the disability sector, positions me as an asset to any participant requiring support coordination.

I have lived in Bendigo for over 30 years, love bushwalking, bike riding, gardening, and spending time with my family and two grandbabies.

I have 28 years with experience in: management, finance, administration, logistics, purchasing, planning, and allocating. As a internal auditor, developer and contributor to company processes and policies, my attention to detail is an asset for NDIS participants requiring support coordination. My ability to coordinate and manage complex processes, positions me to deliver exceptional coordination of NDIS plans

I prioritise building trusting relationships and can be relied upon to coordinate services for participants in a honest, competent, and friendly manner. I have been responsible for the development of systems for Dacey & Scott Coordinationto ensure the operation of a high quality service, that is NDIS compliant.

Having recently moved back to Bendigo I have enjoyed catching up with family and friends. I have added a new fur baby to my family and having a great time training her.
