Our policies and procedures are in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards and are updated in line with any changes made by the Commission.

When we set up our service with you, we will provide you with relevant copies of our Policys and Procedures in you Welcome Pack.
It is very important to us that we provide information to help you to understand your rights, expectations, and the responsibilities that we have of each other during our time working together coordinating your supports.

We will discuss in full, and explain, how we charge for activities at your Implementation meeting and provide you with a summary of charges in your Welcome Pack

As we know the situation with Covid 19 can change daily, we keep up to date by following the recommendations and guidelines set by the Victorian Government along with information from the NDIS Commission and the Australian Government.
